Job Overview We are hiring a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist who will develop and execute our online presence across social media platforms, design engaging visual content, manage our eCommerce initiatives, and coordinate welding classes and workshops through Squarespace. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, creative design, data-driven marketing, and customer engagement, with a knack for multitasking and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Create, curate, and manage engaging content — images, videos, blog posts, and written materials. Monitor, listen, and respond to audience interactions to build community and increase leads and sales. Design and run paid social ad campaigns; track and report on their effectiveness. Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business objectives. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing, sales, and branding goals. Graphic & Visual Content Creation Design captivating graphics, banners, cover images, and visual content for print, web, and social media. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for image manipulation and design. Assist with photo editing, video editing, and typesetting as needed. Present visual concepts to clients and team members for feedback and approval. eCommerce & Website Management Manage product listings, promotional content, and blog updates on our Squarespace website. Schedule and promote welding classes and professional development workshops using Squarespace’s scheduling tools. Optimize web content for SEO and user engagement. Collaborate with IT or web developers to ensure website functionality, security, and performance. Marketing & Campaign Management Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. Manage digital campaigns across channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising. Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist with developing best practices for pricing, promotional strategies, and customer retention. Relationship & Community Building Build relationships with influencers, partners, and affiliates to expand brand reach. Manage and grow online community engagement and loyalty. Coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation. Strong graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with eCommerce platforms, preferably Squarespace. Knowledge of web design principles, SEO, CRO, and web analytics. Excellent communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude, customer-focused, and team-oriented. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred. Bonus Skills (Optional but a Plus) Experience with video editing and typesetting. Knowledge of online advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
