Recruitment Marketing Consultant –

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns, including: social media, digital and traditional media, and newsletters
Partner with clients to identify business needs and design strategic marketing solutions to meet those needs.
Deliver end-to-end customized Creative Brief/Campaign Strategies in partnership with a creative agency
Identify Marketing tactics/ platforms that will be the most effective in reaching clinicians in each service line
Create and implement strategies for building a traditional talentwork/talentmunity
Research marketing trends to improve candidate experience and engagement
Partner with the analytics manager to provide readouts on allpleted campaigns

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other equivalent relevant degree required.
4-6 years of experience in recruitment marketing, campaign development and management, employer branding, strategic marketing, and/or corporate brand marketing.
Experience in problem solving, situational analysis, and assessments, and translating oues into strategic solutions.
Proven and demonstrated experience in end-to-end campaign execution.
Demonstrated experience in social media marketing/management.
Highly proficient in project management.
Demonstrated success in utilizing all types of marketing, advertising, and digital experiences to build top of the funnel volume for talent pipelines.
Ability to influence and provide support at all levels of theanization to drive the execution of plans.
Ability to drive results, be agile, and meet tight deadlines.
Positive outlook, especially in the face of challenging circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or other related Master’s Degree
Demonstrated success in utilizing all types of marketing, advertising, and digital experiences to build top of the funnel volume for talent pipelines.
Extensive experience in

Recruitment Marketing:

Messaging, Campaign Development, Content & Creative Development, Career Website development, Social Media strategies.
