Now, we’re ready for our next chapter—and we’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Marketing Specialist to help us scale. Responsibilities You’ll be the first hire focused fully on marketing and growth . You’ll work with the CEO to develop a sales and marketing strategy, build the systems, test and scale channels, and lead the charge to double revenue. This is a rare opportunity to step into a growing, healthy business and make a huge impact—while building the foundation for a future marketing and sales team. Develop and execute a sales + marketing growth plan that doubles revenue in 2 years with the CEO Build lead generation funnels, marketing campaigns, and outbound sales systems Manage content strategy, email flows, and paid ads (with agency or team support) Refine our positioning and messaging across platforms Implement and optimize CRM, lead tracking, and reporting tools Test new channels: paid, organic, referral, affiliate, B2B outreach Identify and nurture strategic partnerships Build and lead a lean, high-performance growth team over time Collaborate with the founder to reduce day-to-day sales dependency Track KPIs and report monthly on progress, insights, and roadblocks Who You Are You’re a builder and doer with vision and sharp executor. You’ve led B2B sales or marketing at a high level, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and figure things out. You want ownership, challenge, and upside—and you’re drawn to a company with heart. Must Have Qualifications 5+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or growth execution Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth Experience building and leading systems: funnels, CRMs, email, content, outbound Strategic and analytical, but scrappy and hands-on Strong communicator with relational EQ—people like working with you Comfortable with performance targets and rapid learning cycles Driven by impact, not just income Bonus if you have these

Qualifications:

Have experience in the book printing, publishing, fulfillment, or event space Have helped a company scale past $10,000,000 in revenue Have managed paid ad budgets and inbound content teams Compensation Annual compensation with bonuses can reach $70,000 plus in the first year. Your starting base will be $35,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and with a generous sales commission based off of results. We also offer 401K matching, profit sharing and paid time-off.
