What You’ll Do:
Marketing & Design Manage our social media platforms and blog to keep our message consistent and engaging. Update our website and create branded materials (Canva fans welcome!). Collaborate on content, photos, and stories that highlight the heart of our mission. Coordinate print orders and communicate with print vendors; basic knowledge of printing terminology a huge plus Fundraising & Events Serve as project manager for key events like Sweets for the Sweet and Veterans Dental Day. Support donor engagement campaigns, including Giving Tuesday and monthly giving efforts. Help write, design, and organize materials that inspire people to give and get involved. Team Collaboration Partner with the Development and Marketing team to bring big ideas to life. Track engagement, pull mailing lists, and support ongoing donor communication. Assist with tours, volunteer outreach, and community engagement projects.

Schedule:
You will work in-person between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. We offer some flexibility, which can be discussed during the interview.

Education & Experience A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered—especially in fundraising, event coordination, digital marketing, or communications. Skills & Competencies Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for digital platforms and donor communication. Proficiency with Canva or similar design software; familiarity with print specs is a plus. Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools. Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking engagement and performance. Comfort with managing or learning content management systems (CMS) for website updates. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp) is helpful. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once is critical for this position. Work Style Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
