OMNIA Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with 5-6 years of experience in analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. You’ll be a key contributor in turning data into strategic insights that optimize marketing efforts and support business growth.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Marketing Performance Reporting:

Lead the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions focused on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, digital engagement, and ROI across various marketing channels.

Campaign Analysis & Optimization:

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, events, etc.). Provide actionable recommendations for improving targeting, messaging, and overall campaign strategy.

Customer Insights & Segmentation:

Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities. Support the development of audience segments and personas to improve personalization and engagement strategies.

Attribution & Funnel Analytics:

Build multi-touch attribution models and analyze the full marketing and sales funnel to understand how different channels and tactics contribute to revenue.

Salesforce Integration & Analysis:

Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to analyze lead and opportunity data, marketing campaign effectiveness, customer journeys, and sales pipeline performance. Assist in building reports and dashboards directly in Salesforce platforms to support cross-functional business decisions.

Data Integration & Enrichment:

Combine data from Salesforce and multiple digital platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) to create a holistic view of marketing performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to understand goals, align on KPIs, and deliver insights that inform strategy and budget allocation.

Predictive & Strategic Analysis:

Use forecasting, modeling, and trend analysis to anticipate customer needs and inform proactive marketing strategies.

Tool Ownership & Innovation:

Champion the use of analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx to drive self-service analytics. Lead enhancements in reporting infrastructure to improve speed, accuracy, and business relevance. Qualifications and Characteristics for

Success:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing analytics, data visualization, or digital marketing are a plus.

Experience:

5-6 years of professional experience in business or marketing analytics, preferably in B2B or procurement-related industries.

Marketing Tech Proficiency:

Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including custom reporting, campaign tracking, and marketing automation workflows. Experience in Google Analytics (preferably GA4), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio is a strong plus.

Data and Visualization Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and Tableau required. Familiarity with data wrangling tools like Alteryx, or scripting languages (Python/R) for automation and analysis.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations that drive strategic decisions. Experience building dashboards, segmentation models, and performance scorecards.

Communication:

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into business language. Experience working directly with marketers and sales teams is essential. Attention to
