As an Account-Based Marketing Program Manager for the ElectricalOEM channels in North America, you will be responsible forexecuting targeted account marketing strategies to supportaccount-based selling. You will ensure that existing accounts haveenjoyable customer experience while identifying new opportunitieswithin high-value accounts.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute account-basedmarketing campaigns tailored to specific EOEM accounts. Partner with account management teams to ensure alignment andproper execution of account strategies. Develop ABM metrics to measure the performance of current programsand report on campaign success. Help manage the development of content for website copy, blogposts, sales documentation, and videos, leveraging in-house andagency resource Pursue and nurture leads until qualified and set up meetings foroutside sales with qualified prospects.

Optimized Campaign Execution:

Conduct A/B testing and analytics torefine messaging, creatives, and assets, maximizing response andconversion rates.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, ABM, lead generation, ordigital marketing roles. Knowledgeable of content marketing and inbound marketing togenerate more qualified leads. Familiar with the technical sales cycle and can strategically usemarketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, andaccelerate growth

Skills:

Hands-on experience in executing innovative and multi-partevents and lead generation programs. Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns usinglive events, webinars, digital advertising, and socialnetworking.

Education:

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or arelated field.
