About the Role As a Social Media Buyer , you will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns that generate high-quality leads and increase ROI. You’ll work closely with our creative, analytics, and marketing teams to manage budgets, test new strategies, and continuously optimize for performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X. Use data to drive decisions—monitor key performance indicators (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and adjust strategies in real time. Design and implement customer journey and retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates and lead quality. Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad assets that align with platform-specific best practices. Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing audiences, creatives, and placements. Leverage automation and AI-powered tools to scale campaign performance efficiently. Optimize landing page performance and conversion tracking for better attribution and lead quality measurement. Qualifications 4-5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns with significant monthly ad spend. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with ad platforms on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and retargeting strategies. Proven track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling lead generation campaigns. Analytical mindset with experience using attribution modeling and conversion tracking tools. Knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising trends, and platform algorithm updates.
