Overview The Senior Campaign Manager will play a critical role overseeing the management of a small and effective Campaign Management team that will plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns and supporting Martin Retail Group’s strategic vision for rolling out our in-house programmatic services as a resource for digital expertise for cross-functional teams and our client partners. Responsibilities With support of Supervisor, develop, grow, and lead a Campaign Management (CM) team while managing your own more strategic accounts and client relationships, responsible for digital planning for clients, execution and optimization for impactful client results Work closely with Strategic Investment, Media Ops, Activation and Traffic / Ad Ops to implement campaigns and provide media solutions Develop and implement comprehensive digital and addressable marketing campaign strategies that align with the Division, LMA and organization’s goals working closely with Strategic Investment Manage team as they execute digital campaigns with Activation team including problem solving taxonomy, on-time launches, tagging and other implementation issues, and reconcile invoices for payment Support team as they monitor and analyze data provided from Media Op to optimize campaigns to full effectiveness Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign Lead and assist in coaching, training and educating Campaign Managers, helping to support campaigns Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new digital media opportunities Work with media partners to share media performance reporting and to ensure accurate platform implementation Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns Oversees campaign QA process Foster a spirit of collaboration and integration with the broader team and key partners Facilitate client/agency communication, feedback and manage expectations regarding offerings, campaigns, challenges, and solutions Support the team by helping manage and prioritizing their workloads
Qualifications Education:
4-year degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant field
Experience:
4+ years agency and media experience in fast-paced, live, programmatic offerings
Skills:

Compensation Range:
$59, 850 – $74, 860 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
