Media Buyer Brandgate 800 SE 4th Avenue, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 About the Role We’re hiring a results-driven, creative, and technically skilled Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Manager to run paid ads, social media, and email marketing across five eCommerce and service-based brands . You’ll be responsible for full-funnel performance: from paid traffic to content, conversion, and post-purchase engagement. This is a role for someone who’s strategic, analytical, and execution-focused—with a strong design sense and a deep understanding of customer psychology. Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Buying Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Google (Search, YouTube, Display) LinkedIn Ads (for B2B and brand growth) Build custom and lookalike audiences based on ICPs Use Hyros or other attribution software to analyze and optimize campaign performance Conduct A/B testing for creative, copy, and landing pages to improve ROAS and CAC Email Marketing & Deliverability Create and schedule email campaigns across all brands (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and conversions Segment lists, create flows/sequences, and clean lists regularly to maintain sender reputation Ensure email design and messaging are aligned with brand voice and performance goals Social Media & Organic Strategy Manage social media content calendars for 5 brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok Write, design, and schedule posts that engage and convert Coordinate with content teams and designers to produce high-performing creatives Strategic Growth & Automation Understand and define each brand’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and create performance marketing campaigns that speak to them Develop marketing automations and backend workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make , or other tools to streamline data flow, reporting, and attribution Build dashboards and reports for campaign tracking and forecasting Creative & Psychological Insight Use customer psychology and buyer behavior data to shape ad creatives, offers, and hooks Maintain brand identity while crafting campaigns that emotionally resonate Direct and review visual assets to ensure brand alignment and strong performance Requirements Experience in Performance marketing, with $500K+ in ad spend managed across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Strong command of email marketing platforms and list hygiene best practices Proficiency in Hyros or other advanced attribution tools Ability to create, manage, and optimize content across paid and organic channels Design intuition and experience directing or creating ad creatives Understanding of ICP development, marketing funnels, and buyer psychology Strong project management and tech stack automation experience (Zapier, Make, n8n) Strong written communication and copywriting ability

Job Types:

$1,000.00 – $1,500.00 per week Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
