This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who knows how to plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns that drive real revenue. The ideal candidate has direct, hands-on experience managing paid media for e-commerce brands , especially on Meta and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms and reporting performance results to the Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Snapchat Pinterest Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) Reddit Scale ad spend profitably while maintaining or exceeding KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and MER. Use tracking and attribution tools like Triple Whale to analyze campaign performance. Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad creatives. Run A/B tests on audiences, messaging, creatives, and placements. Provide weekly performance reports with data-backed recommendations. Stay informed on platform changes, industry trends, and performance strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on media buying experience for e-commerce or DTC brands . Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably with budgets of $10K-$100K+ per month. Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads . Experience using Shopify and tracking tools like Triple Whale . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of marketing funnels. Must be based in Miami, FL , and available to work in-person full-time.
