About the Role & Team
Customer Engagement (CE) is part of the Marketing Center of Excellence within Disney Experiences (DX). We connect consumers to the place where dreams come true through the development of well-rounded, audience-focused, data-driven communication plans across offline, digital, and direct relationship channels.
We are looking for a Planner – SP&I, to join our dynamic team. You will manage day-to-day tasks for your assigned campaigns or programs. This including communicating needs, maintaining content planners and editorial calendars, providing instructions for content distribution and reconciling budgets. You will report to Mgr-CE-Strategy, Planning and Integration.
What You Will Do
Help develop audience-centric paid and owned media plans across digital, social, and direct channels.
Maintain content planners and asset trackers for display, streaming, social, search, email, and direct mail.
Provide channel-specific instructions for asset distribution and tactical execution.
Collaborate with many partners across multiple teams to bring our media plans to life.
Track spending and reconcile budgets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience with Cross-Channel Media Planning (TV, out of home, streaming, display, social, search) or Owned Channel (email, direct mail, organic social) experience.
Basic knowledge of how media channels are used to drive business growth.
Built relationships with a diverse set of partners.
Experience using Smartsheets, Workfront or BrandMaker
A passion for data-driven, audience-centric marketing
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
