THIS POSITION FOR OUR BOYNTON BEACH LOCATION
Position Overview:

The Media Buyer Coordinator will support and manage OOH campaigns including billboards, buses, and transit media. This role requires a strong blend of logistical coordination, vendor communication, creative asset management, and performance analysis. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and experience managing data or projects in Airtable .

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and track OOH advertising campaigns across multiple platforms Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling creative content (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Maintain and update Airtable databases to manage campaign timelines, assets, and vendor info Request proposals, negotiate rates, and secure placements with vendors (Lamar, OUTFRONT, Clear Channel, etc.) Ensure creative meets specifications and deliverables are sent on time Monitor compliance with advertising regulations and firm branding standards Analyze and report on performance metrics including impressions, reach, and recall Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to align on strategy and execution

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in media buying, marketing, or advertising (OOH strongly preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of Airtable for campaign management or project tracking Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills Familiarity with OOH media planning tools Ability to interpret and report on advertising performance data
