Who You Are:
You’re an experienced, data-driven marketer with 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience. You have strong analytical chops, a creative mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced agency setting. You’re passionate about driving results and collaborating across teams. What You’ll do: Develop the strategic direction of paid media advertising accounts on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon for a variety of clients. Articulate strategy both verbally and through written communication to the account management team. Analyze ad campaign performance, diagnose issues affecting performance, and make necessary adjustments to achieve client goals. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), conversions, revenue tracking, and other aspects of paid media advertising. Perform maintenance on keyword bids, daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, conversions, negative keyword lists, and other important account metrics. Conduct research on keywords, audience demographics, and competitors Create new ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad accounts Provide creative ad copy and display ad templates Keep pace with paid media advertising and digital marketing industry trends and developments What you’ll bring : 3-5 years of paid media experience (agency experience preferred) Expertise in Google Ads (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube), Facebook Ads Manager Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis Strong understanding of digital measurement strategies (conversion APIs, Floodlight tags, GA4 setup, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of campaign optimization and measurable results
Preferred:
