Paid Social Senior Manager What we’re looking for Are you a performance-driven Paid Social expert who thrives on turning impressions into revenue? Do you geek out over creative strategy, lower-funnel conversion metrics, and audience insights? Are you ready to take the lead on scaling high-growth eCommerce brands in fashion, beauty, home goods, and more? At Go Fish Digital, we’re looking for a Senior Manager on our Paid Social team to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and beyond. You’ll take charge of driving real revenue growth for our clients by crafting and executing lower-funnel campaigns that convert

  • then optimizing, analyzing, and scaling them like a pro.

This is a leadership role on a fast-growing team within one of the most forward-thinking digital agencies out there. You’ll work alongside sharp strategists, creative thinkers, and data nerds in a collaborative, performance-first environment where curiosity, experimentation, and bold ideas are rewarded. What you’ll do + Own and drive end-to-end paid social strategies for a portfolio of eCommerce clients, with a heavy focus on lower-funnel performance (conversion, ROAS, CPA, etc.) + Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and other social platforms + Lead creative strategy for ads
