Salary:

$125,000 – $155,000 peryear A bit about us: Our company is in search of an experienced,passionate, and highly motivated Product Manager. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing our ERP and SystemsArchitecture. This role is key to our growth and success, as itinvolves working with cross-functional teams to design, build, androll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The role requires a deep understanding of Systems Integration,Manufacturing, Product Management, API’s, and AirTable. This is apermanent position and requires a minimum of five years ofexperience in a related field. Why join us? Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Define the product strategyand roadmap for our ERP and Systems Architecture. 2. Work closelywith engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure businesscase and customer satisfaction goals are met. 3. Be an expert withrespect to the competition and the industry trends. 4. Developpricing and positioning strategies. 5. Translate product strategyinto detailed requirements and prototypes. 6. Scope and prioritizeactivities based on business and customer impact. 7. Act as aproduct evangelist to build awareness and understanding within theorganization. 8. Conduct research to identify customer needs andmarket gaps. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensureproducts meet business objectives and compliance standards. 10.Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate theneed for new products and services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferredor equivalent professional work experience! 2. Proven workexperience of 5 years in product management or as an associateproduct manager. 3. Proven track record of managing all aspects ofa successful product throughout its lifecycle. 4. Solid technicalbackground with understanding and/or hands-on experience insoftware development and web technologies. 5. Skilled at workingeffectively with cross-functional teams. 6. Excellent written andverbal communication skills. 7. MS/BS degree in Computer Science,Engineering or equivalent preferred. 8. Experience in SystemsIntegration, Manufacturing, Product Management, API’s, andAirTable. 9. Proven ability to develop product and marketingstrategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executivemanagement. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness toroll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. 11. Able to multitask,prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 12. Self-motivated andself-directed; able to work with minimal supervision. 13. Excellentinterpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
