Job Details About the Role We areseeking a dynamic and technically fluent Product Manager to leadthe continued development of the WEVR platform—a core applicationwithin our integrated technology ecosystem. WEVR (“weaver”) plays acritical role in connecting and streamlining disparate systems suchas time tracking, payroll, ERP, and manufacturing operations. Italso serves as a modular, web-based interface supporting functionslike MEP coordination, raw material management, and Bills ofMaterial (BOM). As Product Manager for WEVR, you will collaborateclosely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance,and software development to define priorities, drive the productroadmap, and deliver impactful features that enhance operationalefficiency. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership Own and evolvethe WEVR product roadmap in alignment with strategic businessobjectives. Serve as the primary liaison between technical teamsand stakeholders from manufacturing, finance, and procurement. Leadcross-functional planning efforts and champion agile developmentpractices. API and Systems Integration Define and managerequirements for the API Bus that integrates systems includingtimecards, payroll, and ERP platforms (e.g., Business Central).Document data flows, integration points, and ensure alignment withdata quality and governance standards. Feature Development &Rollout Drive the development of complex feature sets, including: Anested Bill of Materials viewer Integrated material managementworkflows Migration of non-standard purchasing processes fromAirTable into WEVR Translate business needs into actionablespecifications, wireframes, and user stories. StakeholderEngagement Conduct product demos, gather feedback, and iterate onfeatures in collaboration with manufacturing, finance, and ITteams. Balance immediate business requirements with a long-termplatform vision. Metrics & Quality Define and track KPIs toevaluate the success, performance, and adoption of WEVR modules.
Ensure high standards of usability, data integrity, and performanceacross all platform components. Qualifications 5 years of productmanagement experience in B2B SaaS, internal applications, orsystems integration. Familiarity with ERP systems (preferablyMicrosoft Business Central) and an understanding of manufacturingor construction workflows. Strong grasp of APIs, data integration,and enterprise application architecture. Exceptional communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to lead discussions amongdevelopers, users, and senior leadership. Experience with Agilemethodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Bonus Points Experience with AirTable and workflow/processredesign. Background in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturingenvironments.
