Product Sr Manager

This role will be a Product Manager and Product Owner over a set of go-to-market capabilities, including our Prism Program Management solution. This role will lead development and execution of our product roadmap. You will lead collaboration and execution with a team of skilled analysts and developers. This role requires a high-performing individual who can translate market insights, data, and customer signals into action and value. HOW A PRODUCT SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Define and execute product strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Create detailed product requirements documents, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guides development teams
Collaborate with developers and analysts to prioritize customer implementations, new platform features, management of technical debt
Develop pricing and estimates for customers based on data analysis and market fit
Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile programs
Manages product portfolio, team velocity, and customer requirements and prioritization
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s)
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
Performs business development activities, including pipeline tracking, coordinating estimates, and aligning customer requirements to functional teams
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
May serve as a team or task lead
Collects and reports delivery metrics across functional teams
Leads customer relationship management activities, facilitating cross-functional teams and engagements
Performs cross-functional coordination of resources, demands, and operations
Support financial management processes, including cost management and utilization management within cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Required Experience:

5+ years of related experience

Required Technical Skills:

ITSM and ITIL experience managing delivery; project management, including traditional, hybrid, and agile environment.
5 years experience on managing products, go-to-market strategy, pricing and alignment

Security Clearance Level:

Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.

The likely salary range for this position is $154,700 – $209,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
