POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Product and Policy Innovation is responsible for developing and optimizing policies and procedures, exploring innovative healthcare product solutions and managing technology resources to enhance operational efficiency.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and propose new policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Regularly review and maintain existing policies for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Identify and evaluate innovative healthcare product ideas, conducting feasibility studies and presenting findings. Evaluate current technology solutions used within the organization for performance and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with various departments to address their needs and ensure effective policy implementation. Develop training materials and facilitate workshops to inform staff about new policies and technologies. Utilize data analytics to assess policy and technology initiative effectiveness and provide insights for improvement. Reports to Senior Vice President, COE and Advanced Care Programs

Adhere to established safety standards and utilizes proper techniques to avoid work-related injuries.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Nursing Degree required. Experience in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years in policy development, product management, or technology evaluation in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Proven ability to analyze and present complex information effectively. Experience in healthcare product innovation and technology management preferred. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies preferred.
