Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity for a Product Development Engineer in Fayetteville, AR.
Our client offers relocation assistance. Annual salary is $110k/year for this direct-hire opportunity.
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our engineering team. You’ll have the opportunity to design new products, bill of materials, testing, and timelines for innovative products in the construction tool & equipment industry. You’ll be responsible for the general project management of programs working with End Users, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering discipline) required.
- 3+ years of experience in product development/project management
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Excel and Design software systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical and technical skills in both technical and business areas
- Functional understanding of cost accounting.
- Quick learning ability for new tools and systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
