How you will make an impact: Will be responsible for the data management of product assortments, including but not limited to line list management, variable data creation and assortment collation. Will be responsible for creating Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) for all Under Wraps products and packaging and communicating SKU information to cross-functional partners. Will be responsible for the submission of all artwork to leagues and players associations to obtain rights for use. Will be responsible for managing the communication and logistics of Under Wraps product pick-ups and deliveries of finished goods to/from the on-site fulfillment center. Will be responsible for finished product quality control and require advanced attention to detail. Will assist in the monitoring and reporting of sales performance for each release across all distribution channels. Will work closely with in-house cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Design, Marketing and Fulfillment Center throughout the entire product life cycle of all Under Wraps mystery box programs. Will work closely with key external partners, including but not limited to major sports leagues and associations and paper/printing partners. Works well under pressure. This industry is driven by hot ticket items with time constraints to get products on the market. Assistance in the fulfillment center is required. What you bring to the team:o Broad Sports knowledge o Superior communication skills on various levels. Must have articulate speech, proper business writing skills and ability to “listen” to client. o Must have strong customer service skills and be able to comprehend management and league requests. o Ability to consistently meet goals and high productivity levels on projects as set by yourself and/or Department Manager. o Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced.o Be organized and detail oriented. o High degree of problem-solving skillso Ability to keep on top of your own correspondence. o Proficient with Microsoft Applications and general PC skills.
