What you will do Develops product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the organization’s business objectives and customer needs. Delivers market research and conducts competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities. Defines product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. Assesses product performance and customer feedback, gathering insights to inform product improvements and updates. Establishes relationships with marketing and sales teams to facilitate go-to-market strategies, positioning initiatives, and promotional activities. Ensures the successful development and launch of new products and enhancements by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Confers with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic product plans and initiatives. Integrates a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the product management team. Develops complex financial analysis and business case development for new product initiatives. Required Qualifications 5-7 years’ work experience 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, marketing strategy, or strategic planning Experience managing cross-functional projects involving legal, compliance, operations, sales, actuarial, and product teams Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including program maintenance, enhancements, and strategic planning Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and building business cases Ability to represent product strategy in cross-functional initiatives and external stakeholder engagements Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Education Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 – $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
