Product Manager Analyst (US based) 2am.tech Deerfield Beach, FL • Remote We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager Assistant to support our product team in delivering high-quality digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the product development process. Responsibilities Assist Product Managers in organizing and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps Ensure clear documentation and tracking of tasks using tools like Jira, Asana, or Linear Run basic technical tasks such as querying databases and reviewing log files Proactively identify potential issues or blockers and suggest actionable solutions Support product discovery and delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication across departments Help monitor deadlines and milestones, keeping projects on track Contribute to testing and QA coordination with a strong focus on detail Strong attention to detail and ability to spot gaps or inconsistencies Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar) Basic technical proficiency (e.g., ability to run SQL queries, read log files) Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
