American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeksSenior Managers, Digital Product Management to gather businessrequirements and data, and design and develop products consistentwith specifications. Analyze technology stack and platformservices, understand and meet key metrics, create service and APIrequirements, and execute product roadmap. Improve the overallcustomer experience of card members, leveraging innovativetechnology solutions that reflect internal and external needs. Helpdefine and prioritize the future of the technology stack, educatingkey stakeholders on product positioning, key benefits, and targetcustomers. Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, BusinessAdministration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience withrequirements analysis, and product design and development.

Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of thefollowing: Technical solution analysis, design, and execution;delivering industry leading solutions to market; implementation andexecution of Scrum and Agile practices to deliver technologysolutions; software design, development, testing, andimplementation; resolving issues identified using testing in orderto inform implementation; and AWS, Collibra, Hive, HBASE, Jira,KAFKA, Microservices, Microsoft Visio, MS SQL Server, RallySoftware Management Tool, SQL, and Web Services. Telecommuting isavailable up to 2 days per week.
