Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $70,000 – $85,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Google Docs Google Tag Manager Slack Analysis skills Presentation skills Bachelor’s degree B2B Senior level SaaS AI Google Analytics Full Job Description This Role Isn’t for Everyone — But It Might Be Perfect for You If you’re a product manager who values clarity over chaos, impact over ego, and customer insight over gut instinct, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. At GaggleAMP, we empower organizations to turn employees into authentic brand advocates. We’re not chasing hype or shipping features just to check boxes. We’re here to build purposeful, high-impact product experiences that customers rely on — and rave about. Check out what our customers say here. We’re hiring a Strategic Product Manager to own and operationalize our roadmap. This isn’t a project manager role. It’s a high-trust, high-visibility position that sits at the intersection of customer voice, GTM strategy, and product delivery. You’ll need to think like a strategist and act like a conductor. You will report directly to the CEO in this high visibility role. What You’ll Actually Do This is a cross-functional leadership role with responsibility across strategy, execution, and communication.

You will:

Lead customer insight gathering through structured interviews, sales and support call analysis (Jiminny), and internal feedback loops. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer outcomes, and lifecycle stage alignment — and clearly explain the “why” behind every roadmap decision. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and CS to align releases with go-to-market campaigns and enablement materials. Write clear, structured product specs with user stories, context, and success criteria. Build data-informed business cases using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and DataDog. Drive clarity across teams with regular roadmap updates and stakeholder briefings. Use AI tools for speed and synthesis — but maintain full accountability for final analysis and messaging. Requirements Skills and Experience You Bring This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and operational excellence. The right candidate will demonstrate strength in the following: Strategic Product Leadership Proven ability to build and drive a roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Experience managing product lifecycle across onboarding, retention, expansion, and recovery. Voice of Customer Mastery Skilled at distilling signal from qualitative input — customer interviews, call recordings, sales feedback. Comfortable building and maintaining a centralized insight repository to inform roadmap decisions. Business Case Development Able to connect product investment to revenue, retention, and customer value with compelling logic and evidence. Experience presenting product decisions to executive stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Adept at working with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure delivery and adoption. Communicates clearly across functions, tailoring message and tone by audience. Execution Readiness Writes crisp, complete product specs and actively participates in sprint planning. Tracks and improves execution metrics like delivery accuracy and spec clarity. Tools and Systems Familiarity Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred: Jiminny, HubSpot, Google Analytics, DataDog Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides Slack Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT) Bonus Points Prior experience in product-led growth environments. Background in B2B SaaS with multi-persona complexity. Comfort working at both strategic and execution levels — we don’t silo. Benefits Why GaggleAMP At GaggleAMP, you won’t be a cog in a feature factory. You’ll help shape a product that powers thousands of real people sharing authentic stories, building trust, and growing their brands. We’re a lean, focused team that values ownership, clarity, and delivering what matters. We’re looking for someone who wants to drive impact — not just ship features. If that resonates, we want to talk. We offer a robust set of benefits.
