About The Role:

An exciting opportunity for a strongtechnology and development leader to drive forward our technologyand cloud modernization programs, as well as to build and scale aglobal development organization for Auto and Asset Leasing product& solutions.

What you will be doing: You will provide strategic thought leadership to product &development teams and clients Build a high performing team by creating a work environmentwhere individuals and teams can achieve peak performance throughthe attraction, development and engagement of the best and thebrightest Ensure the necessary people, process and tools are in place todeliver against the product roadmaps of our solutions on time andwith high quality. Utilize Agile-Scrum processes to develop industry leadingsoftware Drive continuous improvement within the team to achieve fasterturn-around time from concept creation to market Collaborate/partner with the broader Cross functionalorganization to foster an End-to-End seamless delivery andoperation of our software services in production and to ourclient Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, dataand analysis Keep up to date in technologies for building applicationservices and with evolving standards within FIS. Build awareness oflatest trends in technology; look at ways and means of adoptingthese within the current platform.

What you bring: 18+ years of industry experience with 10+ years of experiencein a product-based company on technical track Significant experience of leading large software teams of 100+product engineering teams for 5 years or more Knowledge of current technology landscape in Capital Marketsand Leasing/Lending Domain Exceptional analytical skills. Has a strong external focus oncustomer, competitor, regulatory & marketplace trends. Exhibits a passion for the customer, ability to prioritize andretain focus, execute relentlessly, experiment and driveinnovation. Maintains awareness and expertise with emerging technologytrends, practices and approaches such as cloud native, SaaS, DevOpsand CI/CD. Applies this experience towards shaping a technologystrategy and roadmaps. Experience developing complex enterprise grade solutions in.

Net, Test driven development, web-based and with modernarchitectures (microservices, REST, HTML5, etc.). (Optional – Javatechnology stack) Experience with delivery using the public cloud (Azure, AWS,etc.) while taking advantage of the cloud native capabilities(elasticity, scale, PaaS, etc.) Proven collaborative approach; openly sharing information andreceptive to the ideas of others. Creating and cultivating networks of people across a global andmatrixed organization High level of energy and a personal style that engendersloyalty and trust among team members, at all levels within theorganization. Build a motivated and successful team and lead it towardscommon goals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignmentsthat are sensitive in nature. Highly articulate communicator who can convey importantmessages in a clear and compelling manner at all levels of theorganization. Willingness to travel to meet with customers and globalteams.
