Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and marketing of our manufacturing products. This role is responsible for the product lifecycle-from market research and product positioning to go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both manufacturing processes and marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with business goals. Define product value propositions and key differentiators based on customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with R&D and engineering to shape the product roadmap.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and industry events to inform product development. Go-to-Market (GTM)

Planning:

Lead product launches, including planning, messaging, collateral development, and training. Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and sales leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product readiness. Partner with sales and business development to support customer engagement and sales enablement.

Marketing & Promotion:

Create product content such as brochures, datasheets, white papers, and case studies. Support digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and ROI. Adjust marketing strategies based on KPIs and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes or industrial products. Experience with B2B marketing and complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
