Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Product Development Manager to support the development and enhancement of our product roadmap to drive penetration, enhance ARPU and address evolving customer needs. This role is focused on execution and delivery — you’ll own product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead QA testing to ensure our systems, tools, and customer-facing platforms operate smoothly and effectively. Ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced environments and will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the execution of product features and improvements across customer portals, internal tools, network provisioning systems, and service management platforms. Work closely with engineering, operations, and support teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and ensure timely delivery of work. Write detailed user stories, product specs, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Perform QA testing of new features, bug fixes, and service workflows — including customer-facing interfaces and backend systems. Identify, log, and track bugs and issues through resolution, coordinating directly with developers. Support launch processes and ensure smooth rollout of updates or enhancements across systems and platforms. Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and operational data to spot trends, issues, or improvement areas -summarize and report monthly Communicate updates, blockers, and delivery timelines clearly to stakeholders across the organization. Work closely with the sales channels to identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions for those needs Present solutions with technical skill but with the ability to explain solutions to non-technical prospects and teammates Seek out vendors who can deliver solutions on time and on budget to solve customer needs Analyze costs and evaluate opportunities with the lens to maximize revenue and optimize expense. Validate attractiveness of economics. Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks. Creates an environment that stimulates an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated organization focused on continuous improvement to support sales and strategy. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 2+ years of product management or relevant experience in a telecom, ISP, or technology services company. Hands-on experience with QA and UAT processes, preferably in service-based or infrastructure environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot technical or usability issues. Familiarity with customer account systems, provisioning workflows, billing systems, or CRM platforms is a plus. Experience working with Agile development processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience in the telecom or fiber-optic internet industry, especially in operations, systems, or customer portals. Technical background or ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot basic issues. Familiarity with basic networking or service provisioning concepts (e.g., ONTs, IP provisioning, order flows). Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with executives, department heads, mid- and lower-level management, vendors, and other stakeholders
