We re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for a key product line. In this role, you ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to define product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure successful go-to-market execution. Do:

Develop and manage a 5-year product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs Lead product development efforts from concept through commercialization Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to define and prioritize product features Monitor KPIs and market trends to guide product decisions Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning Support development of marketing materials, field training, and go-to-market campaigns Manage certifications, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation Lead product lifecycle activities including field trials and SKU rationalization Act as product subject matter expert across internal and external teams

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing setting Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills Proven experience managing roadmaps, product launches, and market analysis Familiarity with Agile development processes and product marketing strategies Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans Bachelor s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
