Company Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Manager – Billiard Tables category to support the growth of our global billiard table business. In this role, you will work closely with the Table Sales Team, Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support table sales performance, execute go-to-market readiness, and coordinate cross-functional needs. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and eager to build product category experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This role focuses on the commercial, marketing, and operational coordination of the table category. Category Strategy & Market Support Track market trends, competitor launches, and consumer needs to support strategic category planning. Work with R D and Engineering by sharing sales and customer insights to inform product enhancements and roadmap prioritization. Assist in creating and maintaining the billiard table portfolio matrix positioning. Assist in cross-department communication on market trends and product opportunities. Sales Support & Performance Tracking Serve as a central point of contact for the Table Sales Team, ensuring timely support and visibility into category performance.

Create and maintain sales tools:

product spec sheets, product fact sheets, presentation decks, comparison guides/ charts, and regional insights. Analyze and report on sales trends, channel performance, and promotional outcomes. Product Lifecycle & Item Setup Manage item setup and data accuracy across internal systems and partner platforms. Maintain updated product documentation, specs, and digital assets. Coordinate product updates, discontinuations, and transitions across internal teams. Marketing & Asset Development Support the marketing team in creating go-to-market asset brief: photos, campaign messaging, feature callouts, etc. Submit creative requests and manage the flow of marketing and sales tools to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct ongoing market research across global regions to understand consumer behaviors, regional trends, and product needs. Research competitive products and brands to build landscape overviews by country or region (features, pricing, branding, positioning). Monitor emerging markets and provide insight into whitespace opportunities or region-specific feature demands. Promotional Planning & Pricing Support Track competitor pricing and support promotional strategy development in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Collaborate on pricing reviews and provide data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions. Tradeshow Support product logistics, readiness, and materials for tradeshows and key industry events. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure product samples, displays, and collateral are available and accurate. Assist in preparing product talking points and materials for the Sales Team attending events Item Setup & Maintenance Assist with item creation across internal and partner systems (SKU generation, specs, pricing, imagery, etc.). Maintain up-to-date information in internal databases, websites, and partner portals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in a product, marketing, or category support role. Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and data tools. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented. Proficient in Excel and experience with item setup or

NETSUITE

systems a plus.
