About the team:
The Capital Markets Securities Processing team is responsible for a number of post-trade solutions that are deployed for processing equities, fixed income, FX, mutual funds, derivatives, repos and other asset classes to sell-side brokers. These products include Securities Processing Manager (formerly Phase3), Professional and Investor Portal (formerly WealthStation), and Post Trade Processing platform (formerly Torstone). In addition to these core solutions, a host of ancillary modules are also deployed to customers. Our customer-base is global with the highest concentration in North America followed by Europe.
About the role:
The Product Management Team has been consolidated following an acquisition and is now looking to expand significantly in 2025 to deliver the FIS Securities Processing extensive roadmap. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team and take ownership of all aspects of Asset Servicing and Tax across our solutions, covering Corporate Actions (dividends and re-orgs, core capabilities and integrations), Proxy Voting (integration to 3rd parties), Client Book Cost (integration to 3rd Parties), Tax Charging and Tax Reporting (core and integration).
What you will be doing:
Setting the vision for asset servicing and integrations across the solution set
Managing the related product roadmaps and plans
Collaborating with Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, and Presales in addition to other members of the Product Management team to identify and resolve dependencies and provide domain expertise into broader projects/initiatives
Participating in requirement gathering, soliciting input from Clients, Subject Matter Experts, and third parties as appropriate and prioritize requirements (MoSCoW principles)
Working closely with development teams to validate design and establish build plans and the QA function to set User Acceptance criteria.
What you bring:
Good all-round knowledge of US Retail, Advisory/Wealth, Correspondent Clearing and Institutional operations
Domain expertise in one or more of the following: corporate actions processing at a Broker/Dealer (end-to-end understanding of mandatory and voluntary events) , book cost (tax lot methods, VSP, wash sales, etc.), withholding tax (NRA, Tefra, 1446 etc.) and tax reporting
Effective communications and interpersonal skills
Team worker – able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
Analytical, problem-solving skills
Added bonus if you have:
Exposure to one or more of the following systems: Broadridge BPS, Beta, Phase3, Intelliclear or Shadow
Experience in Agile development practices
Exposure to modern tech stack and CI/CD projects
Whilst the roadmap and work is majority US-driven, there is a significant international so exposure to our business and experience in dealing with international practices is a bonus

The pay range for this full-time position is $117,620.00 – $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
