Job Summary NetAppis seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for EnterpriseStorage. This highly visible leadership role will report to the VP,Enterprise Storage. In this position, you will define the strategy,lead the product lifecycle, and scale NetApp’s Block Storage JobRequirements You will lead the Block Storage product team,responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle including building andprioritizing roadmaps, launching new products, and working with thego-to-market organization to accelerate sales Build the vision anddefine/refine potential use-cases, to identify opportunities forgrowth and competitive differentiation through new solutions andbusiness models; build market requirements and business cases tohelp commit product delivery. Working with customers, partners, andinternal stakeholders to drive alignment around NetApp’s strategicgoals and prioritize programs/products with highest return oninvestment. Assess the product roadmap risks by evaluatingdevelopment, performance, available resources, and budgets. Maketrade-offs and communicate problems, risks, and potential solutionsto appropriate stakeholders. Roll your sleeves and work togetherwith your team to find truly innovative strategies and solutionsthat solve tough problems for customers. Collaborate acrossproduct, engineering, marketing, finance, GTM partners to aligntowards business priorities and scale. Attract and lead ahigh-performing, global product team to deliver a consistentlygreat customer and partner experience. Education Bachelor’s ormaster’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience Deepexpertise in Block and File storage, including knowledge ofecosystem, databases applications and workloads. Strong knowledgeof storage market trends and storage vendor product offerings.

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change in a fast-pacedenvironment. Excellent communication skills with the ability tointeract effectively with C-Suite executives. Excellentcollaboration skills with the ability to influence and workeffectively with cross-functional teams. Strong servant leadershipskills with the ability to build, inspire, and motivate ahigh-performing team. Demonstrates assertive leadership and thrivesin ambiguity

Compensation:

The target salary range for thisposition is 258,400 – 383,900 USD. The salary offered will bedetermined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience,and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensationpackages are competitive and in line with industry standards,reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensivebenefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance,Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leaveoptions, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchaseplan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subjectto regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, andcompany policies.
