In this role, you will:
Be tasked with growing the existing business along with managing the day-to-day product organization while developing a strategy that outlines the future of the business considering the rapid influx of new technologies, new competitors, changes in consumer & business payment trends, impact of new payments rails, and changes in regulations. This may include participating on industry boards, leading engagement with our key partners in both private and public industry.
Partner with other Payables and Receivables leaders throughout Wells Fargo Global Treasury Management to deliver a bundled suite of services to our diverse client baseManage a team of product managers focused on product growth, industry leadership, high margin return, and impeccable regulatory controlsConsult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and successIdentify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirementsDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverablesInterpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerationsCollaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managersInteract directly with vendorsManage allocation of people and financial resources for Product ManagementDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
6+ years of direct experience managing Wholesale Products or similar productTreasury Management experienceProven track record of delivering new innovative products to marketManagement of product portfolios in excess of $100M in revenueExperience managing treasury management payment products and developing client solutions to meet their changing business needs.
Experience managing a team of product mangers in the product spaceExperience in creating, managing and enhancing product Risk ControlsExperience in vendor and third-party managementProject Management experience including use of Agile methodology
