Responsibilities:

Conceive, experiment with, and present architectural approaches for applicationponents.
Design new applicationponents.
Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product.
Proven experience developing strategic system architecture plans.
Extensive experience in system and network creation and development.
Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
Analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience conducting technology, trends, standards and products research.
Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks.
Proven experience identifying, analyzing and resolving system problems.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

(Most Important):
Three or more years of experience in Tel OSS/BSS development Six or more years of experience with requirements gathering and business process flow Three or more years of experience with Tel services like Wave, E-Line, Private IP, Internet, and TDM (Private Line)
Experience using J2EE including Spring framework, Cloud development (AWS), message queues (MQ) and event sourcing (Kafka).
Experience developing both SOAP and REST based web services.
Minimum 6 years of experience leading a development team.
Strong System Design experience. Solid understanding and experience using containerization technologies (K8s), SQL vs NOSQL Strong verbal and writtenmunication and presentation skills.
Ability to work across all levels of IT and business management negotiating project deliverables that align with customer and corporate business priorities.
Experience with Agile methodology.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or ten or more years of strong Software Engineering work experience.
