About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead and optimize Eightpoint’s product portfolio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance user engagement and business outcomes. The Product Manager will work closely with Producers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experience that align with Eightpoint’s vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership Partner with Producers to define and align the product strategy for our Desktop ecosystem. Establish and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product direction, balancing customer requirements with business constraints. Collaboration & Communication Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Clearly articulate product vision, updates, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate alignment between teams to ensure a seamless product development process. Product Development Excellence Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch optimization. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize features. Collaborate with the Product Analytics team to uncover trends, user behavior, and performance bottlenecks. Execution and Optimization Ensure timely delivery of features by resolving blockers and making progress in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams. Track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations. Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product development. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup environment, with a proven track record in desktop, web, or mobile applications. Strong experience with large data sets and product KPIs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful desktop products. Deep understanding of product development processes. Experience collaborating with product analysts or data teams to leverage insights for optimization. Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools. Exceptional analytical skills, with a focus on user behavior, engagement metrics, and market trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
