Our client is currently seeking a AI Product Leader About the Role We’re looking for a visionary and execution-driven product leader at the intersection of AI, machine learning, and large-scale relevance systems. You’ll define and drive product strategy for intelligent, data-driven experiences that power personalization, targeting, and ranking across our platforms. You bring a rare blend of deep product intuition, technical fluency in ML/AI, and a track record of delivering impactful, scalable systems. You thrive in ambiguity, lead with clarity, and collaborate cross-functionally to align algorithms with user and business value. Responsibilities Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ML-powered user experiences. Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data science, and design to deliver intelligent, scalable systems. Partner with AI/ML teams to ensure alignment between product goals and algorithmic capabilities, balancing performance, latency, fairness, and monetization. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from customer discovery and market analysis to execution, iteration, and measurement. Translate complex user and business needs into elegant, data-driven solutions. Engage deeply in technical discussions to ensure feasibility, scalability, and long-term impact. Minimum Qualifications Experience in product leadership roles, ideally in AI/ML-driven domains. Proven success building large-scale relevance, personalization, or targeting systems. Strong understanding of machine learning principles and experience working closely with data science and ML engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities (e.g., latency vs. monetization vs. fairness). Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Background in Ad Tech, Search, or Recommender Systems. Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Passion for building thoughtful, impactful AI-powered products.
