Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven products and features. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence research and real-world application by defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams—including data science, engineering, design, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities where AI can drive impact, managing the full lifecycle of AI products from ideation through launch and iteration, and ensuring successful integration of models into user-facing systems.
Responsibilities:
+ Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products. + Translate complex AI capabilities into clear product features and use cases. + Partner with data science, machine learning, and engineering teams to build scalable and reliable AI systems. + Collaborate with stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, and marketing to align AI initiatives with business goals and responsible AI practices. + Define success metrics and use experimentation, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously improve AI features. + Ensure high-quality product delivery through agile product development practices, sprint planning, and backlog management. + Stay current on trends in AI, ML, generative AI, and responsible AI governance to inform product direction.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 3-7 years of product management experience, ideally with AI/ML or data products. + Strong technical literacy with machine learning concepts, data pipelines, APIs, and model deployment. + Proven ability to define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Experience in building or managing AI/ML features in production environments. + Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory considerations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
+ Background in computer science, engineering, or related technical field. + Experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Tableau, or ML platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML). + Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, recommendation engines, or computer vision technologies. + Experience working in industries like fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce.
