Associate Director Product Manager -Security

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETRM Associate Director Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of energy and commodities trading solutions. In this role, you will work across the full trade lifecycle for different commodities, define the scope of ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) implementations, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver feasible technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Partner with strategists, experience leads, and architects to define business goals and shape product propositions.
Develop product vision, strategy, and conduct market/user research using design thinking methodologies.
Represent the business in ideation workshops to identify customer needs, pain points, and propose solution options.
Formulate solution hypotheses based on user research and market trend analysis.
Conduct customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate ideas through user testing.
Translate product vision into a prioritized, well-defined roadmap to deliver business value.
Plan, deliver, and assure workstream deliverables, assess risks and feasibility, and manage solution design.
Act as the escalation point for issues within the workstream.
Coach and mentor business analysis teams.
Drive stakeholder management, keeping key partners informed and managing expectations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Working experience with OpenLink Endur v16 or higher
.
Understanding of various Market Managers in Endur.
Strong knowledge of Crude and Refined products trading and scheduling
.
Deep understanding of derivatives (futures, swaps, options) across US and Europe markets.
Experience with Deal Modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting in Endur.
Proficiency with PnL and Exposure reports and simulations.
Experience working with Traders, Operations, and Market Risk teams for business setup and modeling.
Ability to collaborate with offshore technical teams and provide guidance.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to understand business needs and convert them into functional requirements and solution designs.
Experience in training business users and preparing process documentation.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
