We are seeking ahighly skilled and creative Director of Culinary to join ourdynamic team in the hospitality industry. This unique role combinesculinary skills with leadership and innovation, providing anexciting opportunity for those passionate about pastry and lookingto make an impact in a non-traditional setting. The ideal candidatewill have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, adeep understanding of culinary trends and techniques, and a proventrack record of leadership. This role offers an opportunity toapply culinary creativity to a corporate setting, and to contributeto the overall success of our team by creating high-qualitypastries that delight our clients and employees alike.

Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, development, and execution ofnew and seasonal menu items (pastries, baked goods, breakfast andlunch items) Stay ahead of culinary trends, regional flavors, andguest preferences to inform the innovation roadmap Develop clear,scalable SOPs, how-to guides, and training materials for eachproduct and production method Establish routines to check in withfield teams, taste product in stores, and ensure real-time qualitycontrol Travel to conduct onsite visits to assess culinary teams,product quality and conduct on-site training and spot-checkingPartner with Ops and Supply Chain to cost and scale all new menuitems

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in culinaryor menu innovation roles Culinary degree is preferred Provenleadership skills with the ability to train and mentor Exceptionalculinary skills, with a focus on innovation Strong understanding ofthe latest culinary trends and techniques. Ability to innovate andthink creatively, developing unique and delicious pastries.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-taskand meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, with the abilityto effectively collaborate with other departments.
