Equipment Quotation Specialist / Product Manager Andar International 16155 SW 117th Avenue, Miami, FL 33177 Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Medical Equipment Quotation Specialist / Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Andar International is a distributor of medical equipment, providing product consultation, sales, installation, customer-training, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in completing Andar’s response to customer RFQ’s (Request for Quotation). Solid technical understanding is necessary, including learning products uses, configurations, options, and components in order to advise and quote our customers accurately. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in technical configuration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team-members, with a focus on completion on multi-step quoting process. A proficiency in software such as quoting, CRM, and other softwar systems is a must (we use Quotewerks and Monday.com, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Additional duties include:

order fulfillment, customer service and outreach, and product management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties will be assigned. Respond to and oversee the completion of each Request for Quote (RFQ). Track status and activity of outstanding quotes, follow-up with customers and internal departments to expedite and ensure timely order completion. On-going learning of products, configurations, updates, and prices. Maintain accurate and updated product price lists and configurators. Assist with quoting and compliance with government agencies and ngo’s. Acquire accurate shipping quotes. Assist with order fulfillment, including receiving, packing, picking, and shipping as needed. Engage in excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and documentation of each step of the process.

REQUIRED

EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a working understanding of technical equipment and be able to learn technical specifications, configurations, and options for our products. Must be proficient with Excel and Word, and our CRM, quoting system, Microsoft Outlook, Teams.. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills. Excellent ability to work collaboratively to accomplish company goals.
