You will partner with Stakeholders and the Business Intelligence Directors to prioritize and define business challenges while leading the development and delivery of analytics products and services. This role requires strong program management expertise, a focus on agile solution development, and the ability to define and measure value through KPIs and ROI. While this role does not have direct reports, you will lead a cross-functional technical team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.   • WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
  • + You’ll start each day with your team to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. Throughout the day, you’ll lead meetings to organize and drive alignment on your analytics roadmap. +
  • Research & Requirements.
  • You’ll own the design and execution of analytics projects.

You’ll document and prioritize features while conducting quantitative and qualitative business analysis and market research to ensure your solutions drive measurable value. + You’ll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the analytics delivery process. You’ll collaborate across technical teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. +

  • Value Measurement.
  • You’ll define and measure success by crafting KPIs & ROI to evaluate the impact of your analytics products and services. You’ll track and report outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. +
  • Strategic Roadmaps.
  • You’ll build and maintain 6-12-month strategic team roadmaps, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and driving the successful delivery of analytics solutions. + You’ll translate technical project details into business-friendly insights and present them to leadership and non-technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
  • TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • + You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent + You have 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional agile product or solution development teams in Product Management or Consulting roles (preferably in
  • data science, business intelligence, and engineering
  • ) + You are proficient in business applications of analytics, data engineering, and technology, with knowledge in machine learning, statistical testing, and dashboarding + You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large, complex data and business problems.

  • + Scrum Master or Product Management Certification + Proficiency in Python or SQL + Experience with Jira and Confluence + Analytics and Strategy Consulting experience from MBB/Big4 or Fortune 500 companies + Change management and large-scale transformation experience + Risk, Insurance, or HCM industry experience + B2B experience
