This is a high-impact role that will require deep understanding of the boating industry and services. The Lead Product Manager will drive key strategic initiatives, making high-visibility decisions that align with business goals and user needs. As a leader within the product organization, this individual will mentor other product managers, champion product development, and own the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution.

What You Will Do Product Leadership:

Lead and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Transactional Services, including financing and insurance, ensuring alignment with Boats Group’s business objectives and customer needs.

User-Centric Development:

Deeply understand the landscape, buyer journey, and how financial and closing services impact the overall buying and selling experience on our platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to define product requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage analytics, market research, and customer feedback to identify key opportunities, track product performance, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

End-to-End Execution:

Take full responsibility for prioritization, communication, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of key projects and high-quality product releases.

Performance & Optimization:

Regularly monitor product performance, including usage analytics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvements to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.

What You Should Have Market Expertise:

Understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the context of marketplace environments.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of financial services products, why they function the way they do, and how to innovate for future growth.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to evaluate and synthesize market data, user feedback, and business objectives to set clear, actionable product goals.
