The Pricing Machine isdesigned to help Lennar sell the right homes at the right time forthe right price . By using algorithm-driven pricing recommendationsand integrated data insights, the product aims to: Improve pricingaccuracy Maximize margins Support on-pace community performanceReduce reliance on instinctual decision-making Streamline feedbackand iteration for sales teams and division leaders Your job? YourResponsibilities on the Team Strategy & Leadership Own and evolvethe vision for the Pricing Machine, connecting pricing analyticswith land acquisition insights. Define success metrics, trackoutcomes, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback,adoption, and business impact. Lead cross-functional collaborationacross data science, land acquisition, sales, and executivestakeholders. Product & Project Management Serve as the productleader, overseeing the full lifecycle from vision to rollout anditeration. Coordinate technical teams working on machine learningmodels, pricing algorithms, and data pipelines. Bridge the gapbetween business needs and technical delivery, managing timelinesand prioritizing features. Data Science & Algorithm Oversight Guideexperimentation and validation of pricing models includingelasticity, pacing, and revenue optimization. Ensure quality,accuracy, and business relevance of algorithmic outputs.
Collaborate with data science teams to test hypotheses, gatherfeedback, and communicate insights clearly to business partners.
Land Strategy Integration Use pricing insights to inform futureland acquisitions, product-mix recommendations, and marketstrategy. Support the Land team with data tools and dashboards thatautomate decision-making and connect land deals with projectedcommunity performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher inStatistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or a relatedanalytical field with equivalent experience. 7 years of experiencein product management, analytics, or data science—ideally withinpricing, real estate, or technology-driven strategy roles. Strongfluency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or data sciencetools. Experience managing complex projects and technical productsend-to-end. A bias toward action and iterative improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge businessand technical teams and make the complex simple. Experience in realestate, land planning, or pricing strategy is a strong plus.
