The Role Our client is seeking a Product Development Manager to take full ownership of their product roadmap, leading development from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate with engineering, sourcing, marketing, and leadership to bring high-margin, scalable pet products to market quickly and effectively. This role reports directly to the CEO and is critical to driving growth. Key Responsibilities Define and manage a strategic, multi-year product roadmap Identify and validate new product opportunities using data, research, and market insights Oversee sourcing and development with suppliers in China, Mexico, Vietnam, India, and the U.S. Negotiate with manufacturers to optimize cost, quality, and lead times Launch 10-15 product lines per year while maintaining quality and profitability Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement feedback loops post-launch What We’re Looking For 7-12+ years in product development, sourcing, or CPG (preferably in pet, home, or consumer goods) Proven track record of scaling product portfolios across categories Expertise in global sourcing and supplier management Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills Passion for consumer innovation, particularly in pet care Willingness to relocate to Miami Why Join?
