Agribusiness Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Product Manager to join our Miami headquarters team on a full-time, on-site basis. This key role will coordinate the product flow of exotic fruits from Latin America and Asia, ensuring quality and availability for distribution to major retail partners across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and an Ecuador-based back office to manage logistics, maintain accurate data in the

FAMOUS ERP

system, and ensure timely procurement of packing materials for warehouse operations in Miami, Texas, and California. This position reports directly to executive leadership and requires strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and executives. Product Coordination & Inbound Management Monitor and track inbound shipments from growers/exporters. Coordinate product arrivals with forecasts and warehouse capacity. Maintain inventory and arrival data in FAMOUS. Liaise between internal departments including logistics, QA, and sales. ERP & Administrative Oversight Maintain product records in

FAMOUS ERP

(lots, pricing, QC reports, documentation). Analyze purchasing and logistics performance metrics. Packing Materials & Supplies Management Track packing material inventory across U.S. warehouse locations. Coordinate purchasing and delivery of materials to warehouses and overseas origins. Monitor POs, confirm deliveries, and update costs with suppliers. Flag and escalate delays or cost discrepancies. Supplier & International Coordination Communicate product flow, packing specs, and material updates with the Ecuador-based team. Coordinate packing requirements with growers and exporters. Quality & Retail Program Support Partner with QA to meet retail quality standards and certification requirements. Support retail programs by ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade. 5+ years’ experience in fresh produce operations, procurement, or coordination. Direct experience with exotic or tropical fruit preferred. Proficiency with

FAMOUS ERP

is required. Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written). Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills. Knowledge of food safety/traceability programs (FSMA, Global G.A.P.) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
