The Product Manager II isresponsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution ofinnovative digital solutions across the brand in the region. Thisrole focuses on creating seamless digital consumer experiences thatenhance guest interactions and improve franchisee efficiency. TheProduct Manager II will oversee product lifecycles, from vision andstrategy to execution and performance monitoring, ensuringalignment with business objectives and user needs.
Role ℜsponsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap,prioritizing features and enhancements based on businessobjectives, user feedback, and market trends. Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such asOperations, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and RestaurantTechnology to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and valuepropositions to internal and external stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships, including technology selection,contract negotiations, and delivery timelines. Oversee product development processes, from ideation to launch,ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business and userneeds. Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, andacceptance criteria, ensuring clear alignment with design,development, and QA teams. Analyze product metrics (e.g., NPS, engagement, conversion) anduser feedback to inform continuous improvements. Conduct evaluative user research (e.g., surveys, usabilitytests, A/B testing) to validate product solutions and identifyareas for enhancement. Manage franchisee committees, gathering insights and buildingrelationships to ensure products address operational challengeseffectively. Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress,performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
3+ years with proven experience as a Product Manager, withinsoftware or technology industries, preferably in QSR or relatedsectors. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business,or a related field; technical background preferred. Strong knowledge of product management frameworks (e.g., Agile,SCRUM) and experience working with data and metrics (e.g., SQL,Tableau, Looker). Demonstrated success in defining and launching products thatenhance user experiences and deliver business impact. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonalskills, with the ability to influence and collaborate acrossdiverse teams. Vendor management experience, including evaluating and managingexternal technology providers. Familiarity with restaurant operations and franchise systems isa plus. Mobile app, website, and online ordering platforms. Digital ordering solutions, including kiosks, digital shelving,order-ready screens, and third-party delivery integrations. Franchisee tools and insights platforms to enhance businessoperations and efficiency. Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solvingabilities. Ability to balance tactical execution with strategicvision. Passion for customer-centric innovation and digitaltransformation.
