Cincinnati, OH (Remote) Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the planning and execution of products throughout their lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements, defining the product vision, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will drive product success through collaboration, strategic planning, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee all technical aspects of the product lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Develop and maintain product catalogs and technology roadmaps to align with organizational goals. Analyze and improve product metrics using customer insights, feedback, research, and operational data. Define and document medium to complex requirements that are testable, measurable, and traceable. Establish criteria for Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to accelerate delivery of enhancements and new features. Lead teams in refining, prioritizing, and managing requirements using tools like Agile task management systems. Conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint planning sessions with stakeholders. Estimate work efforts and manage dependencies, risks, and issues through collaborative planning. Break down complex visions into actionable projects, initiatives, or features. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
