Full TimeGeneral DescriptionAs a Sr. Product Managerwithin Digital Banking, you are responsible for the end-of-the-endproduct development cycle and are passionate about deliveringcustomer centric solutions and experiences. You will set thelong-term vision and product line level strategy, have strongproduct development and process design skills and excel in bothstrategy development and execution. You will lead and mentor juniorproduct team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own and articulate product line vision, aligning stakeholdersensuring everyone understands the vision and the strategy. Influence and collaborate with business stakeholders and across-functional team(s) to define the strategy and build acomplete product roadmap, making sure the sequence is aligned withcompany goals and brings value to customers. Partner with the research team to understand customerbehaviors, sentiments and attitudes towards our products and designexperiences that will enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to proactively identify product featureopportunities, close competitive gaps, and understand competitivetrends to inform the product roadmap.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities (cont.) Build business cases for new value propositions, as well asenhancements to existing value propositions, based on customerneeds and competitive landscape. Responsible for analyzing businessvalue, including feasibility and viability assessments. Define, measure, and provide visibility of product metrics ,including performance, adoption, usability profitability whileemphasizing achievement of OKRs. Evaluate risks to plan and delivery and leverage data toidentify mitigations to make informed choices. Manage and mentor a small team to help mature our productmanagement practice.

EducationBachelor’s Degree in BusinessAdministration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, InformationSystems or related fields.

ExperienceFive+ (5) years of combinedexperience in Fraud and/or Security product management anddesigning compelling front-to-back customer experiences within thefinancial services industry.

Certifications / LicensesNocertifications or license needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong technical acumen: ability to put yourself in the shoesof customers, have a grasp of user experience and design withcustomers, business, and operations teams in mind. Robust withnumbers, can ground your thinking in analysis, use data / keymetrics to identify opportunities, deliver insights, test theories,and make data-driven recommendations to drive revenue growth andimprove customer experience.

Strong business acumen:

ability to understand the needs andconcerns of business stakeholders and colleagues and respondpromptly and effectively to stakeholder requests.

Communication skills:

effectively interact with internal andexternal stakeholders. Ability to foster trusting relationshipswith colleagues and clients. Highly develop written and verbalcommunications skills in English.

Analytical skills:

Stays focused on main issues, preventsirrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with timelycompletion of assignments. Collects, research and complements data;Synthesizes complex or diverse information. Demonstrates attentionto detail; Applies design principles; Generate creativesolutions.

Identifies and resolves problems in a timelymanner; Develops alternative solutions.

Project Management:

Ability to prioritize and work withmultiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision; self-directand task switch between strategic and tactical initiativesregularly.

Operational/Regulations Processes:

Knowledge of budgetadministration, resources allocation, organization’s policies, andregulations.

Computer and Technological Skills:

Proficient in MS Office 365.Experience with platforms, databases, servers, design, andprogramming tools.
