Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to lead strategic product initiatives for our client’s FLEX project. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare interoperability, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals Conduct market analysis and gather user insights to inform product direction Maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear business justification Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features Present product capabilities to clients, users, and leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing and mentoring Product Owners is a plus Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools Working knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards is essential Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare interoperability and payer domain Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare data exchange By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
