Job SummaryNetApp is seeking a Technical Hardware andSustainability Product Manager to join our product management team.

The ideal candidate has experience managing hardware designs inlarge enterprise settings and working collaboratively with globalR D teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of ProductManagement and involves close collaboration with Productleadership, Engineering, Procurement, Sustainability, and Supportteams to develop compelling product strategies within ourfastest-growing segments.

Additionally, we are looking for astrategic and passionate Sustainability Product Manager to lead ourESG initiatives. Responsibilities include developing sustainabilitystrategies, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring compliancewith industry standards. Our near-term GHG reduction targets arevalidated by SBTi. Responsibilities Gather, validate, and evaluate product/market requirementsthrough research and customer engagement. Collaborate with R D to translate sustainability marketneeds into innovative technologies. Define product vision, strategy, and lifecycle plans. Provide business insights through analytics and marketresearch. Translate system and sustainability requirements into businesslanguage. Gain experience in global sustainability strategies and provideinsights to corporate leaders. Develop and execute programs to reduce carbon footprint, waste,and resource use. Understand hardware’s influence on power consumption anddevelop sustainability metrics reporting. Monitor, measure, and report sustainability metrics alignedwith standards like ESG, GRI, CDP, and UN SDGs. Collaborate across departments to embed sustainablepractices. Assess environmental impacts across operations and supplychains. Engage stakeholders on sustainability policies andpractices. Stay updated on sustainability trends and regulations. Build partnerships with external organizations to enhancesustainability efforts.

Job RequirementsTechnical & Industry Skills:

Minimum 3+ years in product management, with hardwareexperience. Knowledge of server, networking, and storage technologiesrelevant to data centers. Experience with backup/disaster recovery architectures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizationalskills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaborationskills. Understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG reporting, andlifecycle assessments. Basic knowledge of sustainable supply chains and renewableenergy strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Jira. Knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, DPU, PCIe, NVMe, SSDs. Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBApreferred. Familiarity with environmental regulations and certificationslike

Corp, LEED. 3+ years in sustainability management or CSR.

Travelrequirements:

15-25% travel expected.
