Inventory & Product Manager Linked Permanent Jewelry Training Winter Garden, FL Permanent Jewelry Training & Supply Company We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Inventory & Product Manager to lead our fulfillment operations and manage inventory for our growing Permanent Jewelry Training & Supply company. This person will ensure that our products are always stocked, shipments go out smoothly, and our customers receive the high-quality service they expect. You’ll be overseeing inventory levels, coordinating restocks, improving packing/fulfillment workflows, and keeping our product operations running like a well-oiled machine. $18-$20 per hour + overtime opportunities

Compensation:

$18-$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstock Oversee daily fulfillment operations: picking, packing, shipping Implement systems to streamline inventory management and order accuracy Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and packing stations Perform routine quality control checks on outgoing orders and incoming products Assist with new product rollouts and SKU organization Use platforms like Shopify and ShipStation to manage inventory and fulfill orders Collaborate with suppliers and communicate with leadership about inventory needs Lead packing team members and train seasonal help if needed

Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of experience in inventory management, fulfillment, or warehouse operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, ShipStation, or similar Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment A natural problem-solver who takes ownership of their work Leadership experience (even informal) is a plus About Company We are more than just a permanent jewelry company—we are a movement dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs.
